Where do you get this low phosphorus corn oil stuff? And why is it better?

I used to add corn oil to my horses grain - but don't find I need to add it now that I am feeding round bales. All of them put on weight over the winter this year on the same amount of grain.
I am adding flax meal right now since I won a bag at the Atlantic Horse Fair - hoping it will help with the shedding coats
